ServicesWe specialize in providing number of web solutions in the Baltimore and surrounding areas in Maryland, US. If you have any web or internet project in mind, consult me first for creative, innovative, and cost-effective solutions. Here is a partial list of our capabilities:
Our processThis describes a general overview of our approach to any web project that I accept to work on. For a successful completion of the project, it is necessary that you participate through out the project development stages when appropriate and know exactly what is needed before the project work is started. 1. Requirement GatheringIn this stage, I learn from you what you need. Based on the problem or the goal you want me to help you achieve, I will ask you questions that will determine exactly what I will be doing and what exactly you will receive from me. I will move to the next stage only if I determine there is a solution to the problem or if the goal is achievable. The output of this stage is a document that reflects my understanding of your web project needs, and what and when I will be delivering to you. Based on your project requirements, you will also be informed of an estimated cost involved in delivering the project. Please note some solutions require you to pay monthly (i.e., if you choose me to host your website.) 2. Planning stageIn this stage, I will develop a strategy that will help me satisfy your project requirements or vision. This stage basically involves determination of the specific tasks and subtasks of the project requirements, and estimated time frame that will be spent on each task. 3. Development stageThis is the stage where the project is translated from an idea to a real intellectual and useable work. In this stage, for instance, necessary code would be written for your project requirements. 4. Testing/Evaluation stageAfter the project is complete, it is time for testing. Although the project elements are tested as they are developed, it is also necessary to test the whole system. In this stage, you may also be asked to use and evaluate the developed system. Your evaluation of the system may require further development (stage 3). 5. Delivery and maintenanceAfter the project reflects the changes indicated in testing and evaluation stage, it is time for the delivery of completed work. In some cases, your specific project needs may require me to update or change your website on regular basis for a predetermined fee.
